Yeah, I thought about mentioning the extra art load, then forgot to do it. It was a pretty important thing to have overlooked. On the other hand, there are techniques for implementing it without the art-labor of drawing entirely new scenes with a different character. Exactly how much work it'd be would come down to the implementation, but I agree that by itself it's extra work for not much payoff unless you're specifically trying to pull in the "not just big tittes but titty size change" crowd.

Full-voice porn games are a thing right now in Japan land. It's a selling point that gets put in game titles and "box" art. Japan has a whole quiet industry of people doing voice work for porn games. It's one of the main reasons why porn games made in shitty engines are getting so much larger in file size. There's also whole active genre of Japanese works that are mostly just Japanese women talking, although I think that's probably a bit different from traditional voice acting.

Japanese porn sex dialog is amazingly easy to identify when translated. It has its own little world of unique idiom with a kind of grotesque richness even in the most blase dialog, mostly because its stereotypical phrases are so bizarre to English-language ears. So, really, it's like a lot of Japanese dialog when it's translated in that it sounds really Japanese. It's a pain in the ass to translate because it's so boring that it's hard to concentrate on it. Western porn dialog is of course also highly stereotyped and repetitive. I sort of wonder how it sounds to the Japanese if it's ever translated in the other direction.
To be fair to video game porn devs, a lot of the overdescriptiveness could have originated as a desire to describe a sex scene meaningfully in text while showing one or two static images; in the west, modern porn dialog is, I think, derived almost entirely from porn on film, where there's less need to describe exactly how it feels when a pussy gets a dick in it--and so western porn game devs just carry on those tropes. Yes, English langauge prose form porn has existed for a long ass time and exists today, but I doubt (with no evidence) most modern porn game dialog tropes could be reliably traced to erotic novels rather than video porn.
