LonaRPG might be too disgusting for you. For several reasons.
Do you need a side-scroller like Night of Revenge or Guilty Hell games, or are the examples in RPG Maker from above also valid? And you might explain what you want in more detail than this. It has to be a rape against her will, or maybe not necessarily? Any MMF 3some, or it has to be a spitroast in particular? A single or a few scenes for a game, or a whole game with more than half its content being what you want? Does game-over rape count, or you have to be able to continue after that? Do you want only detailed high definition graphics, or also simple animations like in titles made by Full Flap (Shin Sei Den, Demon Sperm, etc)? What about the language? Do you need the English version, or is a Japanese-only title also OK? Your opening post was lazy for ignoring these issues.

It can be made in any platform or game engine and any genre, not necessarily a side scroller. RPGs are fine too. I remember playing Marle Labyrinth of Black Sea, it was made in RPG Maker and the protagonist can be sexually involved (rape and otherwise) by monsters and thugs. One sex scene didn't trigger a game over, it just added buffs and debuffs.

I'm open about any setting. It doesn't have to be rape against her will. Tentacles, MMF, and gangbangs are my favorite but I'm also open about other things. Few things turn me off.

I'd like to continue after that. I liked Marle precisely because of that, while with Slave's Sword you could get 2 or 3 sex scenes tops until you trigger a game over screen.

Thank you for responding despite that, I appreciate that. I originally wanted to post in a QTDDTOT, but the two threads that I saw using the search in catalog were locked.

Princess Sacrifice seems like a good one to try.
There are a couple of gameovers here and there, but for the most part, the game keeps going after a capture and gangbang scene. And sex can happen during combat too.

You just need a locale switcher and run it with Japanese locale or the game will crash.

My advice is to list as many games that you have played and liked to avoid recommending something that was known to you already. Those 7+ examples from the post >>67520 included. Add Violated Princess too, it was supposedly patched to fix game breaking bugs since I played it the last time. 
If you declare that only few things turn you off, other anons might take it as a challenge to make you surrender and declare their picks as unfappable. For example I might give you titles with bug bestiality like Roachnighter or Mushi no Kangoku (good luck finding the MnK translation though, despite it existing for sure) or something that requires a gamepad to play like Aeroid because of its tricky controls otherwise, or something with bloody gore (no examples from me), or something with multi-generational monster incest like Trapped on Monster Island, or  something like Silent Pill if it had more realistic looking meat blob monsters. You should catch my drift.

A challenge for you is to force the game with the long title

Have few other RPG Maker titles:

All of them should have enough rape for you. In general most games with the heroine being a kunoichi (a female ninja) or a magical girl would be full of rape for some reason. Most of them would have low quality CGI, so it's a hit and miss. Take these two titles as an example Escape Rugomu Fort and Magician Of The Olecta Desert. I'd recommend them too if they were more fappable looking.

A very old title Prizna the Puppeteer/Princess of Puppets got a full translation lately. It's a Wolf RPG game, so it might be difficult to play at first. Other games in the same engine that you might like are

Good h-content and bonus points for pregnancy being an actual game mechanic. But holy shit who the fuck thought a roguelite porn game would make any sense. It adds nothing to the game. Just makes it very annoying to check for content, especially in later stages.

WIP and the dev loves DRM, but Tunnel Escape. Roguelite that contains rape, beast, tentacles, and turn based combat.
