Basically, this is a thread to discuss this rise of and currently ongoing online manga and anime series that have been popping up over the past several years. To post about some of the ones I have seen, there are:
>Bibliomania (Manga)
https://kai-you.net/series/94
>Milky☆Galactic (Anime)
https://milkygalacticuniverse.com/
>Noss & Zakuro (Manga)
https://twiiit.com/rariatoo
>Tireddog Animation (Anime)
https://redirect.invidious.io/channel/UCl2lw5qRbqOGpldCAK3jZEw

Let's try to keep this thread "Indie" for all intent and purposes. While some series like Future Card Buddy Fight, Ninjala, Rebirth, and Zoids Wild Senki were designed for online release, it feels like they "shouldn't count" due to them being made by professional studios.

I like milky. It's really well made and has good voice acting.Very polished. AI will lead to more indy stuff. There will be a lot of AI slop but quantity becomes quality at one point

There are billions of niggers in this big black universe but at some point a couple of them birthed the first man.

Been seeing a lot more 3D for-fun stuff recently and wouldn't be surprised to see more indie stuff like Milky Galactic in the future. It's a shame that studio made 3D looks so bad compared to the smaller stuff, though it has gotten better (compare Ronja with Girls Band Cry for example).

One indie anime I discovered was 愛しのザコ配信者ちゃん, very slow release schedule but yuri is worth its wait.

Thanks for reminding me that I need to catch up on Milky Galaxy. It looks way nicer than most 3D anime out there. I wouldn't want that style to upstage 2D anime, but it's surprisingly good shit and uses the medium well.

Hence why you read Rene Guenon's The Reign of Quantity and the Signs of the Times instead of Matthieu Pageau's book Matthieu isn't an eceleb anyways, but an absolute sperg who lives alone and offline in a yurt in Northern Canada and rarely gets dragged out by his brother for an interview. It takes the common observation that modernity prefers quantity over quality, asks "what are quantity and quality anyways?", consults a couple classical religious and philosophical traditions to get a definition, and then examines the implications of this. It starts off dry, but gets increasingly weird as it goes along. It gets so weird that the author predicts stuff like cryptocurrency and discusses the difference between good anons and shit ones (I'm not exaggerating: there's an entire chapter dedicated to this) all the way back in the 1940s, and also becomes the best Berserk companion volume ever written.
Extremely weird book, and it has its issues (Christfags will notice that the Trinity breaks his model a little, for one), but it gets enough right that I can still cautiously recommend it.

So I found this ONA that came out a few months ago: https://redirect.invidious.io/watch?v=Ix6oxwuc-rw
And here's the description of the short film:
>In the galaxy, there was once a beautiful, holy 'Mother Planet'. Surrounded by rings of great love, and flares of intelligence, this Mother Planet sustained harmony in the galaxy. However... the end was sudden.
>Zero crash-lands on the war-torn planet Amatera with no memories and no idea who she is.
>Amidst a brutal conflict between the local resistance and the imperial Gevuran forces, she meets Ring, a charismatic young leader fighting to save the world.
>As Zero’s identity slowly awakens, she discovers she’s no ordinary girl—she’s a cosmic being known as Galverse, a key to something far greater than any one planet.
>...
>Shinsei Galverse is a fan-funded, original sci-fi anime directed by Ayaka Ohira, blending 90s anime nostalgia with contemporary storytelling.
Here's also the website for it: https://www.galverse.art/

It's a prequel to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Pn5OyGgLiE
The joke is that the whole project was funded by a NFT scheme, more will be made if folks keep falling for the scheme, the english language has always been just a mistake in general. Greetings from /yuri/

<Another Anon found this.
And my interest in it is immediately lost. It gets irritatingly tiresome how much modern creators try to be "progressive" about their material, only for said material to be a pale shadow of content that came before and with said prior content arguably being even MORE progressive.

Finished Milky Galactic and it was top-notch. The animation was good but I was often distracted by Chiharu's bare shoulders

Stumble upon another web-anime entitled "Volicia of Pluto". It's a yuri /m/ series self-created by some guy named "AsH". Apparently it is a sequel to his previous two "Vapor Trail" ONA projects. And all which you can find on his JewTube channel: https://redirect.invidious.io/channel/UCs4kqjNNCPc_4NFLLUc_5WA
Episode 2 was available for a limited time back in June, but the video has since been privated. Because apparently it was also given a theatrical release, and the free period was used to promote a crowdfunding campaign for the upcoming third and "final" episode. You can instead find it available over on Nyaa: https://nyaa.si/view/2026642

Here's another 3D anime channel called "Studio Wrong": https://redirect.invidious.io/channel/UC7r3jk8F9532m2djusbi74w
The content they're posting is essentially a SoL supernatural comedy series about a girl, her "pet" demon, and the various "spooky" occurnaces she encounters. However, despite the several shorts already posted, they just posted the "official" pilot to their ongoing series: https://redirect.invidious.io/watch?v=oWChnlKcnrI
