She IS very easy going, and she's also a baka. She speaks with a dumb little kansai-ben accent all the time. One time she wrote kanji on stream and got the stroke orders completely wrong. Also she's 17 don't let her encyclopedic knowledge on things made before the 2000s fool you.  She does have her moments where she'll break the relaxing tone and do little stress screams which are super moe. You never know at a given moment if she's going to be smart or be a baka.

Also that last clip has a voice that seems kinda familiar. I think he's the one foriegn guy on Abema's news stuff, has a weird slight accent. I don't 100% know if it's him since I barely watch the Japanese news anymore.
