Is there any need to wear a skimpy outfit in a medieval fantasy setting? That's the usual place to get isekai'd to. A bikini armor is usually reserved for Amazon type characters. Some thief-like profession could also wear something skimpy. I don't think there's many that have a female MC in those roles. Better bet on side characters than the MC in a skimpy outfit. Or look for those in subcategory of "being reincarnated into a MMO game".

I personally liked the big shounens of the era, but they are definitely not everyone's cups of tea. FMA 2003 is probably the safest of those recs.
I'm not a huge SoL/romance/moe guy though so ask others for recs on those, but some safe ones are stuff like Haruhi for example.

This show is interesting when it's anything but the dungeon crawling. That amount of detail for the dungeon exploration is just basic video game stuff and works better when investing into a game than a manga/anime. If the dungeon crawling was handled better or was less relevant I would have really enjoyed this show.

I finished Grenadier.
It needed more scenes like this, but it only had a bunch on the 1st and the last episodes, and then the episodes inbetween have one or none. However, the plot is nice and original and Rushuna is cute even though she doesn't have nipples.

What are some anime adaptations that adapt the entire source material?

I'm tired of 1-season LN/manga ads or series where interest died down halfway through and have no proper ending. I already watched Urusei Yatsura, Hellsing, and Full Metal Alchemist (both versions). 

I hate stuff with lots of male characters, dislike modern settings, and prefer when action isn't the center of the series. I otherwise don't really care about genre and prefer as much ecchi as possible, but no ecchi is watchable too.

The manga is 48 chapters and the anime is 214 full-length episodes plus two movies and a few short OVAs, I'm pretty sure they covered all of it. If they make a sequel it'll be adaptations of the light novels which suck because they're not lolis anymore.

The synopsis probably reads similarly to Takagi-san but personally I found the boy quite annoying.

This one has a bit more drama than Takagi-san but it's a very good anime and it has its sweet moments like Takagi-san has. I believe both were the pursuers in this one.

This is a high school romcom and they're not childhood friends but it's pretty sweet

If you're fine with sweet romance anime where the couple aren't the main focus then (ranked in order of best, regardless of romance plot)

One of my favorite anime shows, so there's actually two couples (or attempts at couples). The little brother and his classmate resembles Nishikata and Takagi very well, then there's also the MC and her childhood friend. Much more comedy than childhood friend romance though, in fact there's very little development for the romance.

Similar to Soredemo, the boy is the pursuer but it's a very sweet anime (though there's no romance plot). Similar to Working, Ichigo Mashimaro, and Wataten.

SoL comedy, the romance part is VERY slow but it's there
>Tamako Market
Childhood friends, but the romance isn't the focus. A Kyoani anime about community.

Age gap romance, one of the better romance anime shows I've seen. The reason why it's ranked low despite being really good is because THERE'S NO SEASON 2.
>Araburu Kisetsu no Otome-domo yo
Focuses on the general love lives of high school girls and not just on the main girl and her childhood friend. It's Mari Okada show so there's melodrama.
>Nodame Cantabile
The two main characters' relationship are in focus but the romance plot is played for laughs at the start. Wouldn't really call this a sweet romance since the male lead dodges Nodame's every advance in favor of studying and working. The first season was good but I'd stop there.

Cross Ange, for a while. I believe Mahou Shoujo Tokushusen Asuka had some side characters that were like this but I'm uncertain since I dropped it. Assault Lily Bouquet takes place in an all-girl school which makes the characters have sister-relationships but it's not as dominating as how it is in the picture.
