Can't really blame anyone for knowing this one, but if someone watched the 2nd Devilman OVA it's meant to be Caim, the demon who sacrifices himself to Sirene after implying he's been lusting his entire life after her. What a fag.

It's that military guy who was plotting against the Japanese government and gave that speech about fabricated peace in the 2nd Patlabor movie. Arakawa, I believe was his name. A pretty good movie even if it had nothing to with the SoL Patlabor's known for.
