Merry Christmas. Sorry for the late reply, this month has been very busy for all of us. We are a small Spanish speaking community of anons dedicated to animation and comics that started back in 2015 on Hispachan and over the years we managed to raise a unique board culture separated from the rest of the board which made it very special. Hispa passed away on mid 2022 but we didn't, we now operate as an independent board on 8chan dot moe you can come and say hello if you want, English speaking anons are more than welcomed.

We are watching Iron Giant, Hilda, that weird shadow the hedgehog animated short and Nightmare before Christmas. Hilda and the Shadow sort are subbed while Iron Giant and Nightmare before Christmas have the latinamerican Spanish dub.

The official story is that the site was too big and there wasn't enough money to keep the site running, also the admin got burned out, he didn't have people helping him on the mod team so he was pretty much all by himself janning and organizing events alone.

I've been out of the loop in regards of latinamerican animation but recently I watched Puerto Papel and I liked it a lot. It has wacky plots and expressive puppets. I also suggest Los Sustos Ocultos de Frankelda.
I frankly do not understand why gringos overhype Villanos. Every latinanon I've talk to says the series is fine, but the characters are boring and unoriginal, but most gringos regards it very highly.
