It's a clusterfuck. I decided to make a huge list here partially so that I can latter consult it myself because it's impossible to remember what those two FSs do.
Fundamentalism:
--Attractiveness:
-Can pass a "Fashionable Feminine Ideal" law, which gives a big attractiveness bonus to slaves with boobs sized between 500 cc and 800 cc and butts size 3 to 4 (both necessary) and a small malus if they fall outside those ranges. If combined with Asset Expansionism, the ranges change to 1600 cc to 4300 cc for boobs and 5 to 8 for butts. Pretty nice if you like big assets without getting into "beached whale" territory. Cannot combine with the Slimness Enthusiasm "Flat Feminine Ideal" or the Hedonistic Decadence "Rotund Feminine Ideal" laws.
-Hates masculine and androgynous faces.
-Can pass a Bimbo Law that makes uneducated slaves more attractive (note that without Intellectual Dependency it's difficult to uneducate an educated slave, also Fundamentalist doesn't care either way about bimbo looks and doesn't like negative education, which Intellectual Dependency likes).
-Hates dicks in biological females, gives a minor attractiveness bonus for them in biological males, the larger the better up to size 6 (30 cm/12 inches), then no further bonus.
-Dislikes external balls a little more than baseline (like an arcology without FSs). The bigger, the worse. Doesn't mind internal balls.
-Makes the malus for having wider shoulders than hips a little worse than baseline (in either case it's fairly minor and can be negated by big boobs).
-If a slave has balls and is past the age of puberty but has not gone through male puberty (the >girls for the École des Enculées are an example of this) they get a slightly bigger attractiveness bonus than with baseline.
-Pregnancy causes only a 20% drop in attractiveness, this is better than the baseline 30% drop, but worse than the only 10% drop from Repopulation Law (which you can get without Repop FS and has no downsides, plus gives a little extra bonus, making all this rather moot). This does not apply if you have Repop FS (which loves all pregnancies) or Eugenics (which loves authorized pregnancies and hates all non-authorized).
-Seems to give a temporary but really big bonus to fertile girls who just turned 13, assuming you don't have Eugenics. Really strong for a week and less strong for the rest of the month, gone afterwards. This is specially so if 13 is the minimum legal age.
--Other stuff:
-Similar to above, big bonus in sex score and in price for fertile 13 y.o. specially if that is the minimum age (Why hello Mr. Chris Hansen!). Very strong for a week and then less so for the rest of the month.
-Both dicks and balls lower the price of slaves.
-In order to get the FS accepted (and get some more reputation) you want to have a lot of slaves either pregnant or fertile (otherwise fertile girls on contraceptives are fine) unless you also have Eugenics, in that case you want a lot of girls with hips wider than their shoulders. Having slaves with devotion under 95 who can penetrate is bad, so lock those dicks up. Makes sure to not have a lot of educated (or even bimbo-miseducated) slaves if you passed to uneducated law, also.
-If you have Eugenics slaves with dicks and/or balls will fail the Breeding exam. Same if you have passed the "Fashionable Feminine Ideal" law and the slave falls outside the acceptable size range.
-Having Gender Fundamentalism makes it less likely that receptive penetrative sex becomes fashionable.

Radicalism:
--Attractiveness:
-Can pass the same exact same "Fashionable Feminine Ideal" law that Fundamentalists can. Same effects. Same incompatibility with "Flat Feminine Ideal" and "Rotund Feminine Ideal".
-If I understand correctly it makes masculine faces just as attractive as exotic ones, so that having high face rating with a masculine face shape is a good thing. Androgynous faces are even better. This applies to both males and females, btw.
-Likes dicks and balls, the bigger the better. Note that by having Asset Expansionism (without Gender Fundamentalism) you already get a similar bonus so the one from Radicalism is negated.
-Can pass one of four specialization laws, one makes futas/herms with both dicks and pussies more attractive, one makes traps who can get erections and have external balls more attractive, one gives a little extra bonus for fatter butts, and the last one gives a bonus to flat/small chested femboys with small genitals and non-masculine faces (specially cute faces). These laws can be passed if you have "Fashionable Feminine Ideal", but the femboy one is a bad combination with it because it requires boobs smaller than the minimum that "Fashionable Feminine Ideal" requires.
-If you haven't passed the fat butt law mentioned above, makes narrow hips more attractive. Very small bonus, though.
-Removes the malus for having shoulders wider than hips.
-Assuming no Repop or Eugenics FS, makes buttpregnancies give only a -10% attractiveness malus. As mentioned above, the MILF appreciation law (which doesn't require Repop FS) does the same thing for all pregnancies, plus gives a little bonus.
--Other stuff:
-Makes dicks raise the price of slaves, balls lower the price unless you have either the traps-with-erections or the femboy specializations mentioned above.
-Normally biological males past the age of 13 who have not gone through male puberty sell for more money, with Gender Radicalism this doesn't happen.
-Allows you to research buttpregnancies on your own, without Radicalism you would have to buy the research from the black market.
-In order to get the FS accepted you need a bunch of either slaves with balls who have not gone through male puberty despite being over the age of 13, or slaves with dicks, balls and very feminine hormone balances (100 or more), or slaves with dicks but no balls, or slaves with dicks and non-virgin anuses who have 21 devotion or higher and -20 trust or higher.
-With Eugenics, to pass the Breeding exam the slave must have both a dick and balls (any size, balls can be internal). Note that Eugenics finds balls unattractive (the bigger the worse) and slaves with functioning balls lower acceptance of Eugenics while sterilized or gelded slaves increase it. Gender Radicalism does not change this, it will not make Eugenicist arcologies appreciate balls. So an Eugenics+Gender Radicalism would generally prefer small balls with either chemical castration or vasectomies for their Breeding mark slaves.
-Continuing with the Eugenics Breeding exam, if the "Fashionable Feminine Ideal" law has been passed, the slave's boobs and butts also need to be within the specified ranges. Note that the latter would make femboys (with small or flat chests) fail the exam even if you have passed the femboy preference law.
-Having Gender Radicalism makes it more likely that receptive penetrative sex becomes fashionable.
Some things end up being somewhat confusing. It seems that Radicalism sometimes likes balls but also sometimes not (or rather, likes them having been removed). Similarly, in some cases having balls and not having gone through male puberty despite being of age is associated with Gender Radicalism, sometimes with a lack of Gender Radicalism. In either case, it's not just a matter of Fundamentalism = "Vaginoids yes, traps/futas no" and Radicalism = "Traps/futas yes, vaginoids no", other than passing the Eugenics breeding exam you can still have cute traps in your Fundamentalist arco and cute biofems in your Radicalist arco.
