Not too much of a problem, my eyes will focus on their own without effort. It's a problem if the pic/composition focuses or draws attention on something undesirable, like a huge dildo or some shit, but that has to be the same for all anons regardless of preferences.
Head-first, boobs, hands, smiles! It's the opposite of a problem if those are nice. I'll focus on the feet anyways, already said what are the absolute needs and priorities.
Also, I prefer bare, but legwear like that is not too bad. I like it. I'm not big on socks, but I can like the artists who draw them almost transparent like tsubasa tsubasa or よむ (Yomu). Still, over that I'd prefer something like what the protagonist of Dekiru neko was always wearing at home, those socks. Bare best of course.

I'll let you in on a trade secret. I've no idea what you're really trying to do, since you're not a full footfag or you'd know this already, I just felt like responding. If you're trying to understand and get a new fetish, these anons can absolutely get you into it, don't ask without being sure. Listen, here's the thing that all of us know: It's absolutely impossible for an artist to draw really good feet without being a footfag. I doubt it happens with ANY other body part. There's an incredible amount of effort you have to put in, at least as difficult as hands, for very little reward unless you have the specific fetish yourself
Not even your audience will notice much or complain if you skip drawing even passable feet, many pros don't even go beyond a couple triangles at the end of the legs IF they don't just cut them out of frame, while still drawing anything else like DaVinci. But if you draw good ones, footfags will immediately know you have a guild card. The positive side is that there really is a lot of us, but I guess you already knew that part.
