New Board Owner here, I'm went ahead and send the emails to the respective imageboard admins. I frankly don't know a lot about the webring, so I restrained myself to the imageboards from last year's BO's list. 

What I want to do this year is to contact people from hispanic imageboards. Recently Hispachan closed down and most of their anons are scattered around all the internet, so it would be nice to invite them, set aside board drama and dumb fights for a couple of hours and spend a fun time together. 

Event's date is DECEMBER 17 AND 18 I'm updating the thread as soon as people reply the emails so other anons could send their invitations as stated on the part 2. If anyone want to invite other imageboard that aren't on the list they are free to do it, just don't be a dickhead.

94chan answered back they are willing to accept invitations and they are assisting. ptchan recognized my protonmail email as spam, so if anyone can send them a message would be really helpful.

You could suggest Imageboards where to announce the event or even directly ask to them. I suggest you to send an email to their administration first pointing what you want to do and later the following week open a thread on their most concurrent thread if they give you their approval. As last year's BO if they don't answer it's free real estate open the invitation thread as normally but if they delete it of tell you to fuck off then don't insist.

If you know photoshop you could make a christmas card with the specification of the project: Days and events. As I pointed before, the event it's going to be on December 17 and 18 and the board is going to be open for the rest of the month; and so far we have scheduled a movie night and two radios. I'm not sure if there are going to be game nights, maybe you could organize one of those.

As fas as they behave, I don't see why would that be a problem. Bear in mind a lot of communities have different personal and interboard drama, that's more than expected and not really a big problem since there are the respective threads if gossiping and making drama is too important for them. I think I'll put something like that on the rules, something like "it's okay if you don't like some boards or their anons, but the point of the event is to set aside the differences and spend a fun weekend together"

So, an anon developed a tool to locally download threads. What I want to do is to download the entire catalog and upload it to internet archive and maybe tell the admins on 8chan dot moe to create an archive board over there because I don't want people to confuse with the thread from last year, but I ask here first, what do you think? Hello. We got the invitation. We have our own regular Xmas thing on 26th, and will have a stream on the 20th for Endchan's bday.
