Even though 4Cuck has returned, I am still trying to revive the board as it is clear the management at 4Chins has no interest in actually correcting the myriad issues plaguing their site despite them being brought into broad daylight by the hack. But if I am to bring the rest of /nepgen/ over, there is one thing that concerns me, and that is a particular nuisance attention whore in /nepgen/ who is known to shill his headcanons regarding a specific character and antagonize other posters when they don't play along or get into discussing something that isn't his bullshit headcanon version of his waifu. But he does not actually violate any (enforced) global rules, so the mods never take action against him despite him being a clear nuisance and despised by the entire rest of the general.
In light of this, I would like to ask if it would be possible to transfer board ownership of /nep/ to someone who can deal with community pests like him as they manifest instead of hoping the global mods can do something. Is there such a process, and if so, what does it involve?
