Great DCC tools (preferably opensauce ones) for designing robowaifus, engineering schematics, research infographs, propaganda & other based robowaifu media, etc.

Blender 4.4 released
A big slew of bugfixes & perf/stability enhancements (basically, the fruits of their 'Winter of Quality' drive).

This one sounds kinda silly, but there's an app on Android called "Meme Generator" by ZomboDroid. All my edits are done on there

Neat! Not silly at all, GreerTech. Please link to it for other Anons. Cheers. :^)

Thanks! It doesn't appear to watermark the images, so that's really good Anon.

Congrats are in order BTW. An Oscar was awarded to the Flow feature filmmakers -- done entirely in Blender.

I'm super-hopeful that FreeCAD will now (since v1.0 release) turn out to be the primary opensauce design solution needed by many Anons here. My own plans primarily involve using Blender+hard-surface modelling techniques, but that's b/c I have other plans related to Blender as well (plus, I directly support them with a modest monthly gift so there's that). Clearly, CAD tools (OpenSCAD, FreeCAD, Fusion360, etc.) are going to the goto tools for most Anons, I think.

Thanks for the info, Anon! Cheers. :^)

New simple program for rapid prototyping
From the website;
CaDoodle is a local drag-and-drop CAD application for Linux (Arm,x86), WIndows (X86), and Mac (Arm,x86) and ChromeOS. Users models are stored locally, and the application runs entirely locally. CaDoodle has a drag and drop interface that is cross-trainable with TinkerCAD.

1. Drag and drop shape
2. Group and ungroup
3. Solid and Hole status
4. Undo of operations
5. Stretch and move handles
6. Library of examples
7. Nearest Surface snappping

Key Improvements over Tinkercad

* Boolean operations such as Hull, Intersect, and XOR
* Inkscape as the sketching tool is much more powerful sketching tool
* Blender integration brings Sculpted elements easily into CaDoodle
* OpenSCAD scripts supported as file sources
* BowlerStudio scripts supported
* Gridfinity bins a 1st class object
* FreeCAD models supported as source models
* Export directly to STL, SVG, OBJ, Blender, FreeCAD

Download the installers here: https://github.com/CommonWealthRobotics/CaDoodle/releases

Awesome discovery! I absolutely love simple 3D designers, and I think they're necessary for mass adoption of 3D printing technology. I use Microsoft 3D builder, but it has its flaws, and is currently depreciated.
