Right now I don't have anything to dump besides a few AI gens I made. I was able to recover my SSD with all my kemono art and was able to recover about 95% of it. So I can dump old stuff but that's 2 years old. All these artists have gotten much better since then.

I guess I could try to keep more of an eye out for nice kemono art on pixiv. I used to follow it a little more closely and kind of miss it, even though there's no way I'm making a twitter account for that stuff (or anything else, really).

No reason to download any new AI models at the moment. No real breakthrough after Noob/Ill and many of the models post cyberfix haven't been that much of an upgrade. So things have gotten a little stagnant. However that doesn't stop me from genning 90% of the things I want.

Figures.
Wait a minute. Doesn't the lower amount of retweets, responses, and overall engagement on sites like Misskey compared to a more algorithmically-driven site like Twitter or Bluesky imply that a lot of this stuff needs social media algorithms on some level to get any kind of response out of people? I know it isn't a matter of fediverse people not being talkative, as checking the global tab on a Misskey instance will bring up a shitton of liberals bitching about politics, and Fediverse sites use a very similar format as more popular microblogging sites. It kind of makes me wonder if social media algorithms play some kind of role in priming people to respond to certain kinds of content, and that without that algorithmic influence, microblogging falls flat as a source of dopamine for artfags.

Basically it goes back to the old way of someone posting art and then you do other things and come back to a few comments the next day instead of immediately getting feedback 5 min after posting.

Pretty much. The way a lot of modern social media operates is that the algorithms drive engagement because engagement is how many of these platforms and their users make money.
>>112668
>come back to a few comments the next day instead of immediately getting feedback 5 min after posting.
I've used pixiv and deviantart in the past, and even though my art was pretty ok, I got barely any comments at all. Stars, hearts, views, and other internet points, yes, but anything resembling a human comment was really hard to come by.
Dunno how its on twatter since I never posted my drawings there, but the "art focused" sites felt kinda dead.

Newgrounds seems to get a bit more for comments, but Newgrounds is special and still has more of an actual community that isn't purely downstream of Twitter.

The first account of his crucifixion found in the apocryphal Acts of Peter has him request he be crucified head-downwards (to which his executioners oblige), and thus say later mentions of his crucifixion such as St. Jerome's De Viris Illustribus.

Anything that's not AMD and has 24Gbs would be ideal. Being able to use my GPU for all processes and not the CPU for some would be nice. I would also be able to get the gens in slightly higher resolutions and keep a high FPS (24 instead of 16). In terms of Txt2img I would be making hi-res fix gens in probably 10 seconds or less instead of 1-3min.

Having an AMD GPU is one thing. Having one on Linux is a pain in the ass if you want to do anything with AI. It's getting much easier these days but if you specifically want to deal with AMD + Linux it's a painful experience.

>>112759
>The party invite one is really impressive.
Thanks. I have no idea what I would even want in animations most times so usually keep it simple with the exception of that one. Also Wan2.2 models shares modern model tech that can accurately gen text. Just putting down the business card says "Please join my party" is good enough.
>Just buy a 5090
A 3090 should be good enough for anything AI. While the 4070 Super I have is faster in most thing compared to the 3090, the 24GBs and 10k cuda cores (vs 4070's 5k cores) make it much better for AI generating. With no low VRAM to bottleneck any process, any model should run significantly faster. This also means larger models such as Chroma and Flux can actually be run now.

That gets to me on a weird level. As seemingly dead or declined as much of the webring is, there are a lot of very powerful groups which are absolutely terrified of it (and anons in general) doing literally anything or continuing to exist in any form. That's reason enough to post more on its own, but I dunno, even without that I just end up missing /animu/ people and wish I could summon them back to chat and shitpost with.

I remember a year or 2 ago in the Meta Thread someone posted that FBI doc talking about how they employed trolls and other bad actors to ruin image boards and any other site they didn't have control over. After 8ch they saw any image board as a real threat to their censorship network. Makes sense that they would actually employ pedos to post CP here.
