>>19052 Ahh, comf or some say /comfy/... Do you hear our prayers? As you once did for the vacuous 'non. Grant us fries, grant us fries. Plant fries on the porch, to sate our beastly voracity.
>>19062 She must like the sound of slamming her feet on the floor. That was bretty cute, thanks.
Spotted this while walking through the woods recently. I wonder what kind of moth this is.
>>19086 It's some species of Catocala. You might able to narrow it down more based on where you live, but it wood be easier to identify if you knew what the back wings looked like. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catocala
>>19087 Oh ok thanks.
>>19087 Oh we've got Coniuncta here.
>>19088 Glad I could help. >>19089 There are two hundred something species, so there's a good chance you could several in your area.
>>19092 What a cutie. I think I'll name him WeeHors. :) >>19095 I have this strange feeling that somehow, somewhere, a duck is watching me. Any of you Anons ever get that?

>>19199 Is that a rabbit? It must be a truly unholy chore to keep its backside clean regardless. t. had a fluffy cat once
>>19222 Yes. The lady is pictured is a breeder. https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/news/2023/8/rabbit-with-the-longest-fur-never-had-a-bad-hare-day-757759
>>19223 >>19199 It's almost hard to believe this is real.
>>19223 Also, cute piggy.
My grandpa used to feed a pair of cranes, and they eventually learned to knock on his door when they were hungry.
>>19261 Did they peck it with their beaks?
>>19262 Yes, I think so.
>>19264 lol
>>19262 >>19263 They actually wood spontaneously grow a human arm and hand specifically for knocking which wood then immediately fall off kinda like how deer shed their antlers only more terrifying.
>>19266 kekeeroo
>>19264 Excellent birb. >>19266 How horrifying.
I saw the thumbnail of this pic and thought it had some kind of photo-negative-style effect applied. It turns out that's just its natural coloration.
It's that time of year when the GIGANTIC BATS are moving through my area. I always forget how big they look when I'm use to the little bats flittering around through the summer and then in October I look up and see pterosaurs zipping around.
>>19293 >MFW GIGANTIC BATS
>>19293 >>19294 Better keep your flyswatter ready. Stay away from the ether though. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. That was a fun puzzle.
>>19287 Cute but deadly.
Behold! I like this birb.
>>19307 "Chuck Will's widow"
>>19307 It has a really interesting look. It kind of reminds me of a feathered toad with a beak.
>>19307 This whole family of birds all have the same suspicious and quietly judging you expression on their face.
>>19311 Nightjars are certainly distinctive. This is another species I have around where I live. >>19312 These whip-poor-wills are judging you right now.
>>19313 >birbs w/ whiskers Intredasting. >whip-poor-wills I remember hearing those up in the mountains.
Burb is the Wurd.
>>19318 Eberrybody knows about the burb.
>>19314 >whiskers Those are rictal bristles, and they do appear to serve much the same sensory function as whiskers. They may help birds feel the flow of air or feel objects near their faces. The bristles are longer on nightjars than most birds, but they are a common feature. >I remember hearing those up in the mountains I heard them often when I was a kid. Unfortunately, their population has declined dramatically since then.
KOT >time to roll out of bed on koturday edition >>19331 Lol.
Orangs are avid appreciators of the arts. >>19352 Is that a kunekune? They're nice piggers.
