24GB VRAM means you can have about 4bit quants and below 30B parameters (maybe a bit above if you also compress the KV cache or you're ok with small context sizes).
I've had good results with HauhauCS's decensored models (they might need a little push in the prompt to get to the juicy bits, but his models are the only what never refused me):

The Qwen A3B or Gemma A4B models are MoE which makes them much faster than the non-moe ones (unless you have a lot of VRAM bandwidth, I definitely don't have on my 4090).

This one is a bit more wild by default, but you'll need to set up MTP if you want any reasonable speed out of this. Also DavidAU has a lot of NSFW models, but be careful with creative writing models they're shit at instruction following. Honestly they're only really good for brainstorming ideas.

And don't even bother with non-thinking models, they're a bit faster, but much dumber.

Also 24 GB VRAM here, the best models IMO are Qwen 3.8 27B Heretic-ara Q4-KM and Gemma 4 26B-A4B Uncensored-HauhauCS-Balanced Q6-K-P. Both are uncensored, both thinking models. Both are fully uncensored and can do porn really well. The Gemma 4 model is insanely fast (will generate text far faster than you can read it), and if I had to choose only one, that's the one I'd go with, but both are very very good.

You should also check i-quants (IQ4_something) instead of the plain 4-bit quants. If they're not slower on your GPU, they should produce better quality.

Significantly no, but of course bigger models usually mean better quality.You can get 5 or 6-bit quants of the same models for a slight increase in quality, or look for models with more parameters (Hauhau doesn't seem to have them, but there are 40B Qwen models for example). As how much they're better I have no idea, in general more params > more quant bits, but 4 bits is already at the lower end of the usable range.

- A couple pieces of dialogue in Byakuren's Kiss command and Hecatia and Mayumi's Caress command that were hidden by disabled FIRSTTIME blocks are no longer hidden.

MEGATEN
- Charge-like Magatsuhi skills are now displayed in yellow during party action setup.
- Bowl of Hygieia and three new Magatsuhi skills (one for Heroes that lets all allies act twice for a round, one for Zomas that removes all stat buffs, barriers, wait, charge and battle effects from all foes, including those from other Magatsuhi Skills, and one for Rumors that maximizes ailment chances for the user and all foes) got added.
- Myriad Slashes, Randomizer/Debilitate and Bowl of Hygieia can now be gotten through the skill card gacha.
- An bug that could lead to infinite loops when choosing "Have all perform until exhaustion" during a concert got fixed.
- Some battlefuck crashes got fixed.

- A new update got merged. In addition to the usual "more characters, more art, more bug fixes", the peeping system got some enhancements (filtering and sorting, etc.), characters can now wear each other's casual clothes, the cosplay command now has separate tabs for regular and erotic outfits, and acquired character outfits now are retained across playthroughs.
